Marcin is a graduate of the University of Silesia and the Executive MBA program at the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development and IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management.

Beyond his work at EFIGO, he has been involved in the technology industry, information security, and management since 1997. During this time, he has published numerous academic and industry articles in the field of management.

At EFIGO, he is responsible for building new knowledge.

- Cybersecurity Expert.

Certificated in:
- Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP).
- The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF 9).
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Professionally, he is also a Ph.D. in Engineering from the Silesian University of Technology, Institute of Computer Science, Faculty of Automatic Control, Electronics, and Computer Science, as well as an academic lecturer.

Since 2003, he has been involved in the new technologies and cybersecurity industry. He specializes in algorithm design and anomaly detection in network traffic. Throughout his career, he has authored numerous scientific publications in the field of security.

At EFIGO, he is responsible for creating and implementing innovative projects in the field of cybersecurity. He also oversees the company's investment policy.

- Web and Mobile Application Tester.
- Supervisor of research and development projects.
- Expert in information security.

- OffSec Web Expert (OSWE).

He is a graduate of the Silesian University of Technology, Faculty of Automatic Control, Electronics, and Computer Science, specializing in Data Science.
